---- redemption because of His blood..... because of the riches of God's Grace!! .... this makes me smile.. "that he has lavished on us" - that he has LAVISHED on us... that is amazing...

to lavish - a generous blessing, characterized by extravagance, super abundant, excessive...

i just love the way that this verse sings out this truth - God has lavished his grace on us.. LAVISHED IT!! think about that..

he has REDEEMED us through his BLOOD!! oh my gosh... and the reason he did it is because.. because it is in ACCORDANCE with (not just God's grace) the RICHES of God's Grace!! the RICHES!! that is just beautiful to me..

its truth.. and its beautiful and i love it.
